Returns

Our return’s address will be included within your online order, in case you want to make a return or exchange. Lost this? Don’t panic, contact support@carsi-collection.com and we can sort this out for you!

We all have second thoughts, so we offer free returns if you pop into store within 14 days of your purchase, with either your in-store items or online order. Carsi Collection will give a full refund for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free from damages, make-up and fake tan. Items must be returned with these conditions, with all the original tags still attached.

If you can’t make it into store, please mail your purchase to our Flagship Store: 15 Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham, NG1 2GR, using the sticker provided with your invoice, within 14 days of receiving your purchase and a full refund will be given. Please note that Carsi Collection doesn’t cover return’s shipping costs and that the customer is responsible for this. We suggest you take your parcel to your local post office or courier of choice and make sure your parcel has been tracked and signed for. Please make sure it is returned in the original Carsi Collection packaging.

Please send an email with subject reference ‘RETURN’ to support@carsi-collection.com with your full name, order reference number and the name of the item(s) you are returning, to notify us of your return. Please allow for 5-10 business days after mailing, for the refund to be processed. Note that any monies will be returned to the card in which the purchase was made.

Exchanges

We all have second thoughts, so we offer free exchanges if you pop into store within 14 days of your purchase, with either your in-store items or online order. Carsi Collection will give full exchanges for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free from damages, make-up and fake tan. Items must be returned with these conditions, with all the original tags still attached.

Please note that Carsi Collection doesn’t cover all of the exchange’s shipping costs and that the customer is responsible for sending this back to us. You can exchange your item(s) for any other size or for a different garment that we have in stock and we’ll post them back to you, at no extra
charge. We offer 1 exchange per item.

Please send an email with subject reference ‘EXCHANGE’ to support@carsi-collection.com with your full name, order reference number and the name of the item(s) you are exchanging, to notify us of your exchange. Please allow for up to 14 days after mailing for the exchange to be processed; note that any remaining difference in monies will be transferred to a gift card, redeemable instore and online.

Please note that Carsi Collection is unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond the 14th day after your in-store purchase, or from the 14th day after receiving an online order. Anything returned to us after this time-frame, may be returned back to you.
